Organization Structure

Nomura Real Estate Asset Management (NREAM) has established a corporate organization to manage the assets of multiple REITs.

In managing multiple REITs, there is a clear separation of divisions responsible for managing each of the REITs, and an Investment Committee, the decision making body related to investments and management, is established within each division whose assets are managed so as not to damage the profits of each REIT.

In addition, a compliance system, including a Compliance Committee, is maintained to ensure fair and transparent business in addition to compliance with laws and regulations.
