
As a financial instruments firm (an investment management firm) in the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law, Nomura Real Estate Asset Management (NREAM) manages the assets of two listed investment trusts "Nomura Real Estate Office Fund" and "Nomura Real Estate Residential Fund" and an unlisted investment trust "Nomura Real Estate Private REIT Fund" and conducts operations regarding the purchase, asset management, funding, disclosure, etc.

NREAM is an asset management company which Nomura Real Estate Holding has 100% share of, and utilizes the total strength of the Nomura Real Estate Group, which includes various aspects such as know-how related to portfolio asset management and property management businesses, and acting as a pipeline for the purchase of properties based on information about the sales of properties in the market and properties owned and developed by the Nomura Real Estate Group.
NREAM started managing the assets of Nomura Real Estate Office Fund in December 2003 and the assets of Nomura Real Estate Residential Fund in September 2006. Utilizing its strength in having the experience of becoming the first company in Japan to manage multiple REITs, NREAM makes uses of its accumulated know-how related to the REIT management when managing each REIT.
